"How
To Make A Good Airline Stewardess"
by Bill Wenzel & Cornelius
Wohl
Fawcett Publications, 1972
Ahhhh...Stewardess literature,
one of the greatest genres that the bachelor has. A by-gone era to say
the least. What are now called "flight attendants" were once known
as "sexy stews." To make one was a goal of every red-blooded he-male. This
book is less a narrative and more a how-to book. These two authors went
around the world, traveling on all the airlines that were around back then
(many who aren't around anymore), and give detailed reports and qualities
of each brand of stew. Some of the highlight of the book are the before-the-make
and after-the-make illustrations and the "Autograph Page" where you can
keep track of all the stews you bag.
